    The maximum PV open circuit voltage is shown in the number on the front of the charge controller.

    Using the Victron SmartSolar Charge Controller
    MPPT 100/50 as an example,

    the 100 signifies 100 volts maximum PV open circuit voltage

    the 50 signifies the rated charge current. 50 Amps

    Datasheets for all Victron equipment will give you all the information you require and are available on the Victron website.
