  How to connect Victron Inverter through to VictronConnect using VE.Bus Device?

  I’m trying to connect my VE.Bus Inverter/Charger to VictronConnect. Could you guide me through the process?

  Sure, connecting your VE.Bus Inverter/Charger is quite straightforward. You’ll need either an MK3-USB for configuration mode or a VE.Bus Smart Dongle for status mode.

  Connect the dongle or MK3-USB between the VE.Bus port on your inverter/charger and your computer’s USB or Bluetooth.

  A straight RJ45 UTP cable is also necessary – industrial quality is recommended for reliability.

  If you’re using an Android device, you need an OTG cable to connect the MK3-USB to your device. Remember, the Victron device needs to be powered with the appropriate voltage for communication to occur.
