    I’m experiencing issues with my GX device not transmitting data to the VRM portal. What are the initial steps I should take to troubleshoot this problem?

    Begin by checking the connection status between your GX device and the VRM portal.

    The ‘Last contact’ and ‘Stored records’ entries in the VRM portal’s menu will indicate whether data is actively being sent.

    If the GX device loses internet connection, it temporarily stores the data and transmits it once the connection is restored.
